Application example of Tsukasa's bag opening system PowOpener

In one factory, a worker was responsible for opening 400 bags of 20kg a day. It took around 30 seconds to open a bag, which took over 4 hours a day, including breaks and cleaning.
With the introduction of the automatic bag opening system, manual work was limited to stacking the bags on a pallet and replacing them. As the system does not pollute the working environment, cleaning time is reduced and the four hours can be devoted to other tasks.
